Before summer comes: use the coursebook to the max

Do you often feel you need to supplement the coursebook with handouts or additional games? Do you spend hours browsing the web for extra materials to fill the time in class? Do you sense there is more you could do with the input the coursebook provides, but find it hard to come up with ideas?
